Safer Free Travel is a travel agency with offices in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Prime Tower, 29th Floor, Downtown Dubai) and in Palestine (Ein Mahel, Nazareth). For any question about your information, write to us through our Contact Us page.

2. What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the forms and the chat on this website:

• Contact details: your name, your phone number and, if you give it, your email address.
• Trip details: destinations, travel dates, number of travelers, children's ages, room and flight preferences, budget and any message you write.
• For corporate and group requests: your nationality and the details of the services you ask for.
• For medical tourism requests: the treatment or specialty you are interested in and the country you prefer. Please do not send medical reports through the website; if we need them, our team will tell you how to share them safely.
• Chat messages: what you write to our chat assistant, and its replies.

We also keep the language you used and the time you sent each request. We do not ask for passport or payment card details on this website.

3. How we use it

• To reply to your request and prepare quotes and bookings.
• To contact you about your request by phone, email or WhatsApp.
• To arrange the services you ask for with hotels, airlines, transport and other providers.
• To keep the records we need for accounting and legal purposes.
• To improve our services and this website.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we never sell it.

4. Who we share it with

We share your information only when it is needed to handle your request:

• Travel providers (hotels, airlines, transport, tour and activity companies, and medical providers), and only the details they need to arrange your services.
• Companies that run this website for us: our database and hosting providers, which store the information securely, and, when the chat assistant is switched on, an artificial intelligence provider that processes chat messages to write the replies.
• Public authorities, when the law requires it.

5. Where your information is stored

Our service providers may store your information on servers outside your country. We choose providers that protect it with security measures such as encryption and access controls.

6. How long we keep it

We keep requests and messages for as long as we need them to handle your request and follow up with you, and afterwards for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. You can ask us to delete your information earlier where the law allows.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop contacting you. Write to us through our Contact Us page and we will reply as soon as we can, and within the time the law requires.

8. Security

Only authorized members of our team can see your requests and chat messages, and each of them has their own account. No way of sending or storing information over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send us information we have not asked for.

9. Children

This website is meant for adults. When you ask for a trip that includes children, please share only what we need, such as their ages.
