2. Using this website

3. Prices and availability

• Prices on this website are for information. They depend on availability, dates and the provider's conditions at the time of booking.

• A price is confirmed only when our team confirms it to you in writing.

4. Requests and bookings

Sending a form or a chat message is a request, not a booking. No payment is taken on this website. A booking is made only after we confirm the services, the price and the conditions to you in writing and you pay as we instruct.

7. Travel insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical costs and personal belongings.

8. Medical tourism

For medical tourism we help arrange travel, accommodation and contact with medical providers. We do not give medical advice. Diagnosis, treatment and their results are the responsibility of the licensed medical provider you choose, so please discuss all medical questions directly with them.

9. Corporate and group travel

Corporate and group requests may have their own quotes and payment terms, which we will agree with you in writing.

10. Our responsibility

We arrange services provided by other companies, such as hotels, airlines and transport operators, and we act on their behalf. These providers are responsible for delivering their services. We are responsible for handling your arrangements with reasonable care.

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by providers, by events outside our control such as weather, strikes or government decisions, or by information you gave us that was not correct.
